From the age of two and a half, Sarah has been a dance enthusiast. She has trained in many dance disciplines including Cecchetti Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Modern and her passion, Acro. Sarah received her certification as an Acro teacher in August 2006 and is an associate member of the C.D.T.A Stage division Acrobatics. She is also currently working on her jazz certification also through the C.D.T.A.

Sarah's extensive dance training also includes numerous workshops including ones at Harbour Dance, the CDTA 50th Anniversary Master Classes in Ottawa, and a Cecchetti convention hosted by the Royal Winnipeg Ballet and a week at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City.

Sarah has competed successfully in numerous dance competitions throughout BC including twice in the Western Canadian Dance Power finals held in Banff. Over the course of her training she successfully examined in Acrobatics, Jazz, and Cecchetti Ballet receiving Honors. Many of Sarah's students have also competed successfully in dance competitions and festivals throughout the lower mainland. Sarah has now been a performer for the Felions dance team for two seasons. This summer, Sarah trained in Toronto for the CDTA's 60th Anniversary.

This will be Sarah's second year being a part of the staff a CentreStage Dance.
