Georgia Cardinal
Instructor: Hip Hop
Georgia has been passionate about dancing since she started at the age of six. She has trained extensively in Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Modern, Jazz and Ballet right here at CentreStage Dance.
Along with successfully competing in these styles as a group member and soloist, she has also attended various dance conventions. As her love of dance has grown throughout the years, she is also attending Langley Fine Arts School majoring in Dance. Although Georgia excels in all styles of dance, she is extremely passionate about Musical Theatre and Hip Hop, as those are her first loves. Georgia is a true Triple Threat! She has also used her love and passion for singing, dancing and acting to be chosen to portray several lead characters in various musical productions.
Georgia has been an assistant teacher here at CentreStage Dance for several years now, and is one of the most positive and enthusiastic dancers around. In addition to the technical aspect of dance, Georgia is always encouraging dancers to do and be their best. It is not uncommon to hear Georgia cheering on our CentreStage dancers, or even dancers from other studios while they are performing on stage. One of Georgia’s goals was to become a dance instructor, and she is proud to have achieved that goal. This past summer Georgia had the amazing opportunity to teach dance at “The Down Syndrome Resource Foundation”. We could not think of a better instructor to be uplifting and encouraging the love of dance for all.
Georgia is looking forward to continuing her growth as a dance instructor at CentreStage Dance, and we are so excited to have her join our teaching staff. This is Georgia’s first year teaching here with CentreStage Dance.
