Kayla Hachey

Kayla is always a standout at competitions with her stage presence, energy, and strong technique. Because of this, she has several top ten placements in the local competitions each year, as well as being awarded multiple scholarships. Kayla was also one of the talented Canadian dancers chosen to represent Canada travelling to and competing in Denmark with Team Canada Hip Hop.

In addition to her dance training here at CentreStage Dance, Kayla is always continuing her dance training by attending as many conventions and workshops as possible whether local or all-around North America. This summer, Kayla will once again be travelling to Los Angeles to train at Dancerpalooza. Kayla has successfully auditioned for a variety of different dance opportunities & has been fortunate enough to dance in numerous opening numbers at conventions & competitions.

After several years as a dedicated assistant teacher here at CentreStage Dance, Kayla is excited to be teaching her own classes and inspiring our up-and-coming students with her passion for dance and her fun choreography.

Kayla is exactly the type of roll model that parents want for their children and proof that hard work and dedication pays off. She has a bright future ahead of her not only with dance, but with soccer and academically as well. We could not be prouder of the outstanding young woman Kayla has become and are excited to have her join our teaching staff. This will be Kayla’s first year teaching here with CentreStage Dance.
